Finished!
Please ignore my pasty arm (roll on summer!)
Pattern: Warm braid cable wrist warmers
Yarn: Knit Picks Decadence 100% alpaca, shade "Grape" - I used approx 65g of a 100g skein
Needles: Brittany Birch DPNs size 5mm (US8)
Each wristwarmer took me about 3 hours to knit. I'm not a fast knitter (especially on DPNs).
Great pattern, very straightfoward, really clear instructions.
Warm and snuggly. Instant gratification!

Lovely, lovely, lovely.
I am really glad to see you using and enjoying the yarn :)
~your pal
they look lovely - the colour is rather scrummy too (you are a dab hand at cables!).
oooer, Harold's coming back....
Very cosy, and I am inspired to make them seeing as it is still artic up here!
Nice wristwarmers! I want to try cable but am too chicken :D
Wow! I'm thrilled to see another person knitting my pattern. They look beautiful in purple! I lost my pair so I will be making another eventually -- how was the KnitPicks yarn for them? I liked the Cascade Pastaza but it will be fun to try something else, too. :)
I will link to you on my blog. Thanks for saying such nice things about the pattern!
